The levees and the concrete walls that were supposed to hold the hurricane waters. This is where one of the worst breaches occured... Behind the street signs on the right is a memorial to those who lost their lives. It says I am coming home! I will rebuild! I am New Orleans!

Brad Pitt came to New Orleans 2 years after the storm and was horrified to see so that many neighborhoods looked exactly as they did after the storm.
