I haven’t had much direction in the gym so it makes my workouts less than useful. I’ve been hearing a lot lately about crossfit, so I want to give it a try. Who doesn’t want to be able to do pull ups and lift weights? I guess some people but I do. So my sister and I are starting a new workout routine starting Monday. She’s been really great about running every morning and eating right and getting fit. She also wants to start a blog about eating well and track recipes and her progress. I can’t wait until she gets that up and running because I think it will be really informative. I’ll have to share the link when she gets it started. I’ve decided to kind of do the same thing here because I’ve started to eat better and see how I can use food to give myself more energy and feel less lethargic.
I’ve been using myfitnesspal.com off and on for a while now, it’s a fast and easy way to track fat, calorie, fiber, protein, calcium, etc intake throughout the day. You can look me up at nagoha23. I’m always up for new tricks and tips. I need to be better at eating meals throughout the day that help me get all nutrients without going over my calories. I don’t think it needs to be perfect but I could definitely do better. If I find a great recipe or snack I’ll be sure to share it!
